No. The dental offices do not file claims, and Delta Dental does not make any payment. If Delta Dental receives a claim for a Delta Dental Patient Direct member (who is not enrolled in any other Delta Dental program), the claim is cancelled, and no EOBs, paper or electronic, are generated.
