Expanding Access to Quality Dental Care
In partnership with the Ohio Department of Medicaid, Delta Dental of Ohio administers CareSource Ohio, including its Medicare-Medicaid program Next Generation MyCare. Together, these plans make up the Ohio TriState Advantage Network.
CareSource
CareSource is a nonprofit, government-sponsored integrated health plan that gives 1.4 million Ohioans access to vision and dental care. Coverage is available for eligible Ohioans with low income, pregnant women, infants and children, older adults and individuals with disabilities.
Next Generation MyCare
The Next Generation MyCare program provides enhanced health care benefits to Ohioans who are dual-eligible for Medicaid and Medicare, providing services under one streamlined system. Created to better serve older adults and individuals with complex health needs, the program simplifies access to care for more than 250,000 Ohioans.

A grievance is a complaint you let Delta Dental know about. It may be about dissatisfaction with a dental provider, an Ohio Medicaid plan or Delta Dental. If you would like to file a grievance, you can call customer service at 888-282-9501 or send your grievance in writing to:
