- Access your Member Portal (see instructions below)
- View your plan summary
- Print your own member ID card
- View your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, including claims transactions, reimbursements, and payments
What's Member Portal?

 Gives you easy, secure access to your benefit information 24/7. Review eligibility, annual maximum used to date, levels of coverage and claims information. You can also search for a dentist, print your member ID card and sign up for electronic Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements.
To access Member Portal, you will need to register first. To register, you will need the following:
- Subscriber's first and last name
- Subscriber's date of birth
- Employee ID number or Social Security number
- Security question

 With your Delta Dental PPO™ (Point-of-Service) plan, you can visit any licensed dentist. You will usually save the most money by choosing a participating Delta Dental PPO dentist. Use our online dentist search to find out if your current dentist is part of the Delta Dental network.
Your Delta Dental plan allows you to visit any dentist you like.Advantages to choosing a dentist who belongs to one of Delta Dental’s two dentist networks—Delta Dental PPOTM and Delta Dental Premier®:
- Delta Dental PPOTM Dentist – save the most money and receive the highest levels of coverage
- Delta Dental Premier Dentist -you can still save money with a participating dentist
