Delta Dental to distribute 20,000 mouthguards to middle and high school sports teams
Delta Dental is providing 20,000 free mouthguards to middle and high school sports programs in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana through our Winning Smiles Mouthguard Program, which promotes oral health and safety for young athletes. Applications open July 7.
About applying
- Open to middle and high school sports teams in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana while supplies last.
- Must be submitted by an official school representative (coach, athletic director or administrator) and orders ship directly to schools at no cost.
- Each school may submit one entry per sport, up to 100 mouthguards.
About our mouthguards
- Suitable for ages 11+ but can be trimmed to fit smaller mouths and are microwavable for remolding (compatible with braces).
- Dentist-designed for superior protection, accepted by the American Dental Association.
- Offer twice the impact absorption of traditional mouthguards.
