us on our ability to provide a smooth, seamless transition
from their existing plan to Delta Dental.
These new customers rate us on each specific step of
the process: proposal; sales team; implementation manager;
transfer of eligibility and claims; communications;
and overall implementation.
The results have been extremely positive. We currently have
a grade point average (GPA) of 3.80 on a 4.00 scale for overall
