We ask benefits managers of our new customers to "grade" us on our ability to provide a smooth, seamless transition from their existing plan to Delta Dental.

These new customers rate us on each specific step of the process: proposal; sales team; implementation manager; transfer of eligibility and claims; communications; and overall implementation.
