ISO is Voluntary: We Comply Because We Strive for Excellence

ISO is voluntary.  Businesses that choose to seek ISO certification must go through a rigorous process of self-examination.  Those that earn certification have successfully proven that quality infuses every process they deploy, from the way customer calls are handled to the speed and accuracy with which they process payments.
