Tips and information

• Use your NPI. Any health care provider who submits personal health information electroncially must have a National Provider Identifier.
• Limit attachments (PDF). Send X-rays and reports only for the procedures that require them. Sending unnecessary X-rays and information such as reports and periodontal charting delays the processing and your payment.
• Send X-rays and attachments electronically for FREE.
• For the fastest turnaround time from claim submission to money in the bank, participating dentists can sign up for direct deposit.
